Tamara Odland, M.A., LMHCA, is a Washington state Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Associate (MC61212921).
I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor – Associate. I am in the process of obtaining my full Licensed Mental Health Counselor designation. I am certified in Observed Experiential Integration (OEI), trained in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (Level II AEDP) and sand-tray therapy. Through my counseling work, I have gained experience in working with depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, relational difficulties, self-esteem, and addictions. I have also been a part of a research project that explored in-depth life stories of veterans who are struggling to transition after their deployments. I am particularly interested in supporting individuals who are dealing with the aftermath of traumatic experiences.
